Game Results Section - User Guide (Beta Testing)

Welcome to the new Game Results Dashboard — your place to track, manage, and verify all your pickleball matches in one spot!

🎯 How to Access

1. Log in at tbpickleballacademy.com

   Click “Game Results” in the top menu

2. View your personal results dashboard

📂 Dashboard Overview

The dashboard includes 5 main tabs:

1. Organized Sessions 🏆 – View scores and results from round-robin game software

2. Add Manual Match ➕ – Record your own casual or pickup games.

3. Verified Matches ✅ – See all matches confirmed by all players.

4. Pending Matches ⏳ – Matches waiting for verification.

5. Pending Verifications 🔔 – Matches needing your review or approval.

⚙️ Key Features

Organized Sessions (Round Robin Software)

• Edit scores within 30 minutes of session end.

• View match details: rounds, partners, opponents, and scores.

Add Manual Match

• Log casual games: select facility, enter players, and submit scores.

• Others will receive an email to verify.

Verified & Pending Matches

• Verified: Fully confirmed by all players.

• Pending: Awaiting responses.

• Disputed: Under review by admins.

Pending Verifications

• Review and Verify ✅ or Dispute ❌ matches needing your action.

🔧 Common Issues

• Can’t edit? Editing closes after 30 minutes.

• Missing match? Check “Pending Matches.”

• Email errors? Ensure all players are registered correctly.
